Enjoyed with a spring themed meal with friends. The bursts of strawberry and red fruits are synonymous with spring. Strawberry, tart red fruit, some spice and medium to light-bodied. Lots of acidity and lively. Slightly tart and lacking in complexity, however, very enjoyable to drink. I think this is a fun wine that is best enjoyed with food.

Mineral note. Saline, lactic, pineapple, hint of honey and acid. A bit confused in the palate. Although complex I thought the taste was lacking depth, clarity, and balance. Not a bad wine but something that you should have with thought. Not as quaffable as the other David & Nadia wine we had (Grenache Noir, which I understand is a horrible comparison, but it serves a point). I believe this wine should be paired with a dish full of energy, ping, and zippiness.

A simple weekday meal with friends. Slight creaminess, lemon, fresh butter, acidity, mineral, and a slight hint of honey. Paired with spaghetti alle vongole. Perfect bottle for the occasion. Decent complexity and quality. The wine was a bit tart at first but mellowed a bit towards the end, still very easy to drink, drink now!
