Wednesday, March 6, 2024 - My first bottle of Sassicaia ever! I know it's a baby, but it was a business dinner and couldn't turn down the opportunity.

Paired with a Greek dinner.

Decanted right away and drank over the course of two-and-a-half hours.

A little shut off at first, but continued to open up over the night. Started to evolve with more fruit, notes of ripe cherry and wet dirt.

This will only get better with time.

94 points for now, but that score could go up over the next decade.
