Friday, January 20, 2023 - Crystal clear pale yellow color. Tropical fruit aromas. On the tongue I get pineapple and kiwi with, maybe, some caramel. Bright lemony acid makes this a very refreshing wine. We enjoyed this wine with trout, last night, but I have to say that this wine would have been sensational with shellfish.
