Monday, July 18, 2011 - My memory of drinking this wine last year left me with high expectations. This wine had little to know acid profile left and was soft and easy drinking. Color was still very pale and tasted slightly thin. Nice flavors of ripe peach, apricot and hint of sweet almond. Not sure how I would have paired this with food.
