from five areas of Domaine Latour Corton Grand Cru:
Bressandes, Perrières, Grèves, Clos du Roi, and Chaumes
with marl and limestone soil and vines of average age 40 yrs.
Manual harvest. Traditional fermentation in open-top vats.
100% malolactic.
Aged 10-12 months in French oak barrels (estate cooperage,
20% new; medium toasted).
14% Abv.

B(alance)=3: Modulated components in harmony with tension.
