Saturday, April 6, 2024 - Tart strawberry, cranberry, anise, herbal/mineral finish. Slight TCA which subsides.
A cool climate Grenache. With air the fruit “ripens” a bit and the wine really comes together with a pepper note and eucalyptus note. Done in neutral oak and the wine reflects that with minimal (the pepper note?) oak influence.

Likely to improve with more cellar time. Drink or hold.
