Friday, April 12, 2024 - Bright strawberry nose, green herbaceous, stem-like notes, chalky minerals, warm spices. Crisp, almost luminous aroma!
The acidity is bright and lingering on the palate. Makes it refreshing at the moment, and promises a long life in the cellar. There is a rounded, pure, chewy berry fruit to this wine. The aftertaste is lightly bitter and green, lingering, rich. Very light and elegant tannins!
