Sunday, March 12, 2023 - Wonderful matured, this Riesling Privat from Nigl is quite positively evolved and the initial ageing window from Peter Moser was correct.
The bouquet mixes some vineyard peaches and honey, but also some chalkiness.
I would guess (thanks to the screw cap), it should stay on this level for another 5-10 years.
