Friday, June 10, 2022 - Blind: Thought this was Pinot Noir dominate, wrong

I thought this saw new oak and it does. There's a caramel aroma. It's red fruit driven but where's that coming from? Who knows... There a cayenne pepper blast at the finish, oak again I'm assuming.
