Wednesday, February 11, 2015 - Dinner with JonnyG, again: "Coeur de tries" bottling. Ginger snaps, spice, plenty of botrytis, apricot and pear. Spice shows throughout the palate, there is good length and a really nice fruit purity to it. Drink now and over the next 5 years.
