Wednesday, March 8, 2023 - Pale gold color. Developing, med(+) aromas of baked pear, brioche, apple, almond, red plum, strawberry. Full bodied, dry, high acidity, delicate mousse, long finish. Was slightly reduced initially. Good balance of tree fruits and red fruits, but on a richer side of the spectrum probably due to extended lees aging.
