Sunday, March 26, 2023 - Pulled the cork at 3pm, decanted for 2 hours at 5pm and it was drinking really well at 7pm. I usually try a sip or three during these experiments but I didn't have time.
Dark colors of purple, red and black, dark fruit - blackberry, raspberry and plum, very smooth. 1st sip was slightly fruity but that dissipated pretty quickly. Smooth tannins, good balance, lots of spice, mineral and chocolate notes.
94-96 points and I can't wait to try another bottle.
