Thursday, April 18, 2024 - Pale colored with a touch of oak, stone fruits, guava, citrus, and a hint of spice. Very fresh and quite saline, though very dry and mouth-watering at present with some bitter minerality. You could easily mistake this as being from Chablis, though the acidity and minerality makes you think of Phalz or Nahe. . Still young, but impressive. Best vintage I’ve had from here. Should continue to develop and drink well for a decade or more.
