Sunday, June 11, 2023 - The 2 other tasting notes are on point. Beautiful maple syrup color, very thick and syrupy as well. Intense nose/taste of sun-dried raisins and figs. Some buckwheat honey and aromatic wood (sandalwood?) as well.
