Tuesday, October 17, 2023 - Vega Sicilia Unico Dinner with Pablo Alvarez (Asador Bastian - Chicago IL): Finished with pre-release bottles from 2013 and 2014. This was more back to form with a burly, brooding, meaty character, coming across as such a powerhouse that goes on and on and on. Excellent concentration. Give this until 2034? 2044?
