Wednesday, January 3, 2024 - This was shockingly bitter and off putting, delivering a bouquet I’ve never experienced in any sparkling wine. I’ve had just one other bottle of this cuvée (but not this vintage) and don’t recall anything like this, so I’ll just chalk this up to a flawed bottle.
