Sunday, June 26, 2011 - The cork on this was a little elevated, and there was some oxidation going on under the capsule. The wine didn't seem any worse for the wear, though - this is nice. Medium ripeness and body, balancing structure, some butter, but not like a California style. A bit of nuttiness, but not oxidized. Interesting.
