Saturday, December 16, 2017 - The nose on this is dense and rich with red and yellow apple. Buttery pie crust and mild caramel, but still with bright citrus. Green apple too. On the palate this is ripe and rich and also very fresh. 30 minutes after the pop his begins to pick up serious Pinot energy and vibrancy. Has a creamy mousse. Truffle. Very pleased indeed.
