Tuesday, December 25, 2018 - Golden. Rich, deep and fine length. A creamy lactic note, with sweet marron glacée flavors. None of the typical toast and apple flavors, which is a nice change. Not heavy, and with sufficient lift to keep it fresh. Peak drinking now.
