Saturday, March 23, 2024 - Medium golden-straw, viscous. Rich floral nose - tropical fruits, melon.
Dry, medium acidity, medium alcohol @13% abv and medium (+/ body
Palate of lemon, tropical fruits, honey melon, mineral notes, almonds, white pepper. Rich mouthfeel, creamy with scintillating long, long finish (minutes).

Excellent dinner wine, a feast to enjoy on its own.
Great rendition of this once forgotten low-yielding Piemontese variety. Matured 8 months on its lees.
