85 Points

Saturday, April 29, 2023 - The nose wafts hints of lilac, lily, and pussywillow while the lemon, yellow apple, and basil notes make their appearance. The taste first strikes the palate with heirloom yellow apple, with apricot peeking on the sides next to the white peach further back. The finish is light to to mid, lingering with time while the acidity evaporates quickly. This is a lovely drinker, and compliments thyme-based creamy, more acidic foods best.

6/3/2023 9:55:00 PM - Doesn't sound like an 85 tasting note, why the mediocre score?

6/4/2023 12:03:00 PM - I translated from my UC Davis 20 point scale (I rated it 17/20, which I realize is also low. On reflection, I’d jump it to at least 95/100.
