Sunday, April 7, 2024 - Very dark matter. Sweetness in the nose and on the palate. Tobacco and prunes. Deep fruit, sweetness Amarone style on the palate. That said, very well balanced by pleasant tannins and acidity. Definitely very well balanced given the rich style. I have not found so much of a wood flavor in this bottle after decanting. I found the wine pretty well integrated.
