Monday, August 29, 2022 - There's a gentle nuttiness on opening. With air it becomes more vinous. It is rich and powerful, with some cinnamon spice and loads of preserved lemon. It has layers of flavour and so much chalk and chew to the finish. Drinking beautifully.
