Monday, December 5, 2011 - 1992 Etienne Sauzet Puligny Premier Crus (San Francisco): Aromas of dark berry fruit, black cherry, some spice and earth. Nicely resolved on the palate with good acidity and a velvety smooth texture. Somewhat lean and not really complex, but overall nicely balanced with fairly good length. Mature, but should probably hold up for a few years.
