Wednesday, March 8, 2023 - Better with 90 mins air over PnP (though that is good as well).
With air it sheds some of the "baby fat" Roy referenced in an earlier comment.
Dark fruit, plush, silky viscosity, subtle notes of milk chocolate with a creaminess that is reminiscent of Realm.
Savory and slightly sweet at the same time like kettlecorn and who doesn't like kettlecorn?
Great now, but if you only have one I'd hold off a couple of years as it will improve. If, like me, you are fortunate enough to have two, do not hesitate to open one now and give it some air. Absolutely fabulous like the British TV show of the same name.

3/20/2023 3:36:00 PM - Yeah, the fact I find this bottling tends to close down some after 2 hours open makes me think it might be in that "baby fat" phase, will close up for 2-3 years and then re-emerge even prettier, later. Glad you liked it!
