Thursday, December 13, 2007 - Opaque ruby/purple. Ripe blueberry with custard cream and a hint of aniseed and pencil shavings on the nose. Dense, fruity palate with powerful, oak tannins emerging mid-palate. Slightly drying on the finish. Drinking now or over the next four years.
