Monday, January 22, 2024 - Really needed some air to wake up. Was rather concentrated and felt a tad heavy-handed at first. Darker fruit. Nose is primary, but pinot, for sure. After about an hour its more elegant, and intense without much weight. Bourgogne, yes, drinks like village or above, and really could stand some time for my palate.
