Tuesday, May 31, 2016 - bottled 19th Aug. 2005; Warehouse "H", Rick 34, Barrel 25, Bottle n. 85; 103 proof/51,5% Alc.

(Due to the high alcohol I drunk this diluted with a spoon of very cold water from a bottle that has been opened at least 6 months ago with two thirds left in the bottle)

The taste is now very similar to great old cognac. Not to sweet, not to much caramel or "perfume". Even diluted with a strong punch and good length. One of the best Bourbon I had incl. the premium bottlings from Wild Turkey.
