Monday, March 11, 2024 - Heater week; 3/8/2024-3/17/2024 (Chicago, IL): Almost dry, but with a serious hit of botrytis, giving this a spicy note that is lychee adjacent. I'll admit it feels a little weird to have a botrytised chenin fermented to almost dryness, but it actually works pretty well. Quite good, but the price is a bit of a hurdle here.
