Thursday, August 4, 2011 - Similar experience from another bottle earlier this year. Color appeared to be a deeper yellow this time around, at least when it was compared to an '09 chard. Nose: floral, meyer lemons, soft butter. Palate: Full-bodied, waxy, creamy, lemon meringue. Smooth finish. Very enjoyable, mature CA chardonnay.
