Saturday, April 8, 2006 - Just adding note now since I just started using cellar tracker drank 4/8/06. I thought the wine was very tight. It was a little too big. The first thing I noticed in the nose was alcohol. Also some black pepper. I probably should have decanted longer. Will hold on to the others for awhile before revisiting.
