Saturday, May 22, 2021 - On opening this could have been a little stewed, but a little air freshens it up well. Bricking around the rim. Medium light body. The nose is great, its feral and earthy, with ripe dark cherry fruit. Juicy black cherry fruit to start with, then the acid and tannins kick in, and those tannins keep building, there’s not really enough fruit to make the finish as good as the start, but it’s an very enjoyable mature NSG
