Thursday, February 15, 2024 - Tasted at Wine & Spirits Top 100, NYC. 13.9% ABV 50% new French oak aging. Harvested before Napa Valley was covered in smoke. Plush wine on the early drinking side of the Cab spectrum. Typical flavor and aroma profile - cassis, black cherry, Rutherford dust, tobacco, spice. Long finish. Complex, layered and expressive.
