Wednesday, January 24, 2024 - Medium body, bright garnet colour, 13% abv. Delicate red fruits and dried flowers aroma. Strawberry and red currants, silky tannins, gentle acidity and fresh finish. Enjoyable with mushrooms soup. Serve 16ºC - 18ºC. Open half an hour ahead. Drink now while young and the next couple of years.
