Community Tasting Note

LiteItOnFire Does not like this wine:

Monday, April 24, 2023 - I didn’t check flawed in order to better alert this note: Unfortunately the wine has Brett. The En Premier campaign staff weren’t tasting the wines before presenting- and this was not the only estate. Minor Blue cheese was the identification.

Removing that, the wine is modern, deep and dark. While that is an enjoyable style for me, I do prefer more nuanced terrior.

I can’t separate the lack of quality control- either during the winemaking process, bottling, unwilling to test samples before presenting, etc. Did this occur with only the EP samples or will it end up in final bottling… the hope is isolated incident in EP bottling but will not know for another couple years.
