Sunday, January 5, 2020 - Nice champagne favoring the bread/yeast profile with a touch of sweetness, lemon, bit of lime and finishing with a very soft mineral component. Overall the nose is the lay-off as the champagne is pretty straight forward but too linear to be enjoyable. Not built to last rather to enjoy young.
