Sunday, July 12, 2020 - 2010 base, disgorged in 2017. Light gold colour with a good mousse even when served in a wine glass. Nose is lovely warm straw and a hint of stables. Palate is rounded, warm hay and sweet juicy red apples. Saliva-inducing Epsom Salts salinity and minerality. Good length and pleasing toastiness. Even better the next day. Great. Ridiculous value.
