2021 Cameron Pinot Noir Dundee Hills

Community Tasting Note

Likes this wine:

Monday, September 4, 2023 - Quite reductive on opening. I personally don't mind a lot of reduction but it was quite strong. linear and a bit muted with red fruit on the first day. The second day a lot of the reduction had blow off. Cranberry, Respberry, some earthy tones on the nose and palate, a bit more generous. Real good acidity, this is quite tasty with food. Tannins were minimal but I was eating some food with decent fat content. This was certainly tasty.
