Amazing value, great village level Dundee hills pinot. Had this next to a Thomas and this was a bit more simple and not quite as elevated, but still quite good. Earthy, dried cherry, maybe red rasberry as others noted, some orange peel. nice smooth easy finish that lingers for a bit.

Reduced on open, but different from the typical funky/barnyard type. This showed as a reticent nose and no structure (acid or tannin), which was surprising for 21s. I opened another bottle and recorked this to see if it improved, by the next day it was right. The structure is back where it should be; tastes like Abbey Ridge.

Quite reductive on opening. I personally don't mind a lot of reduction but it was quite strong. linear and a bit muted with red fruit on the first day. The second day a lot of the reduction had blow off. Cranberry, Respberry, some earthy tones on the nose and palate, a bit more generous. Real good acidity, this is quite tasty with food. Tannins were minimal but I was eating some food with decent fat content. This was certainly tasty.
