Monday, August 15, 2016 - From memory. Brownish light garnet. Decanted 7 hours. reasonably fresh at opening, this wine displayed tasty dark fruit along with excellent deep mature flavors, no VA whatsoever. Not a great Barolo, but a beautiful bottle nonetheless. Enjoyed with diane strip steaks.
