Saturday, December 30, 2023 - Megeve December 30, pairing with fresh salmon. A nice dinner with family and friends with our honorary guests Laurent and AC. Hay, pineapple, citron, a muted and subtle nose. Med acidity, med body, med alcohol, med flavor intensity, med finish. Green apple, toasted pineapple, hay, salt, minerality. Very nice.
