Taste starts more round with fresh, ripe peaches but then is followed by lemon zest. It ends with a teeth etching acidity and you feel all over your mouth and down your throat. Really enjoyable wine and this sort of acidity would be fantastic on a hot Santorini day like we enjoyed this past summer!
