Straightforward classic Cab Franc flavors. Feels like it was probably pretty ripe with that juicy, bit thin in the middle quality. Other than that it's doing really well. The tannin is clearly going to outlast the fruit on this one so I would drink it with something fatty sooner rather than later. Good stuff and consistent over two nights.
