Sunday, February 18, 2018 - Ruchottes-Chambertin Grand Cru Dinner (Yan, National Gallery, Singapore): A little corked, but tragically so - this was all perfume and fruit scalped by just a bit of cardboard, and then a slight drying out on the palate.
