Wednesday, April 3, 2024 - Uncomplicated, tasty Soave and a deal at the price point.
Nose of nectarine, anjou pear, cantaloupe, petrol and some light steely salinity.
Palate shows juicy if somewhat restrained acidity for Garganega, but it’s enough to stave off flabbiness, reinforce citrus notes and make for a decent food pairing.
