Friday, December 7, 2018 - No seepage but the cork was very squishy.
Decanted and tasted over 2 h.
Nose of smoke and eventually strawberry.
The palate is balanced and very refreshing. Orange peel and some savoury component. Can’t say I’ve come across such a crisp and burg-like finish. Lots of salivating.

Seems like it’s in a great spot right now. I would recommend drinking this now until 2020. Excellent mature flavours.
