Monday, April 28, 2008 - Decanted 1.5 hr’s. Expressive nose of sassafras, red cherry and rhubarb. Soft attack followed by lightly candied dark cherry, blackberry, cranberry and orange peel flavors along with tar and brush. Significant tannins with ample acidity and spice increasing towards the back of the palate.
