Aromas are bright, fresh and citrus driven, with a layer of limestone enfolded within. Fresh lemon peel, lime, green apple, and a touch of mint.

Mouthfeel is dry, medium bodied, with medium plus acidity. Nicely done at 13% ABV.

Flavors follow the nose and offer a medium plus length finish. Solid Chardonnay that pairs well with lighter poultry dishes and vegetable pastas.
