Intense aromas out of the glass: ripe red cherry and balsamic soaked strawberry. Rose petal, old oak, Mushroom, forest floor and cola nut. Savory yet fresh and packed with fruit.
Flavors follow the nose, with a long finish of strawberry, cherry cola, and oak.
Mouthfeel is dry, with medium body, medium tannin, and medium plus acidity.
Medium plus intense aromas of tart red cherry, dried strawberry, and dried cranberry. Fruit is up front as this one is developing. Some turned soil and wet forest floor is here, as well.
Flavors follow the nose, with a medium plus length finish containing cinnamon and old, spent oak.
Mouthfeel is dry, with medium plus body, silty, medium plus tannin, with medium plus acidity. Well balanced production from Vittorio and his team.
