Sunday, April 28, 2024 - Very tight at this stage. Tannic, very little fruit on the palate to balance it. more friendly on day 2 with subtle fruit and iron notes. Let the other bottles rest for a few years. Serve with heavy food like a seared steak, don’t drink by itself.
